Eklavya India Foundation
works with first-generation learners from marginalized communities
like- Dalit, Adivasi, and nomadic tribes to facilitate their successful
career transition through accessing world-class higher education,
enabling them to break the poverty cycle and become community role
models. Our proven strategy involves awareness, exposure, mentoring, and
coaching, along with engaging relatable role models.
Our long-term vision is to build grassroots leadership in different sectors and enable social mobility in underserved communities.
Since
2017 Eklavya has trained 2000+ students, with 1000+ gaining admission
into 60+ top-tier colleges/universities and fellowships in India and
abroad. Notably, 350+ of Eklavya alumni secured white-collar jobs,
elevating their families’ income tenfold. Eklavya’s mission is to impact
20000 first-generation students and their families by 2030.
